The IFTHA is hosting a Fall Fox Trotter Event & Membership meeting on October 26th at TAPS Equestrian Center in Camargo, IL. The event will include a silent auction of horse related items; a demonstration on ground work and muscle therapy techniques for improving behavior and gait; and a demonstration on training the Fox Trotter and identifying gaits. The October IFTHA General Membership meeting and election will follow the event at 4:30 pm. The IFTHA is sponsoring a MFT breed demo at the Northern Illinois Horse Fest in Belvidere, IL on August 23 - 24, 2008. This is the first year that MFTs will be represented at the Horse Fest so be sure to attend and support the breed. The premium book for the Illinois State Fair Society Horse Show is now available. MFT classes will be held August 14-16. The entry deadline is July 1st.
